To register for advertising pets, a mandatory photo ID, physical location details, the place of birth of the puppies being advertised, and other necessary information to prevent abuse or fraud. Additionally, a valid sales tax number is also mandatory. Every advertisement must include the advertiser's name, address, and phone number for transparency and accountability.

Those who contribute to the pet population should assist in addressing overpopulation. Suggested or proposed annual registration fees:

• Individual: $1,500
• Business/Corporation/LLC: $2,500
• Out of state: $7,500

This proposed legislation shall apply to the internet (websites), television, radio, and to any publisher or printer of a newspaper, magazine, or other publication.

Exemptions shall include Petfinder, Adopt-a-Pet, Qualified Non-profit Organizations, and Municipal Shelters.
